Product features

Disc assemble and detection machine

Cognex camera identifies finished parts and tells result quickly which enhances production reliability. Siemens PLC and friendly houch panel guide operation process. And it offers complete diagnostic message to help maintainence. Moreover, it follows ergonomics which ensure easy operation.
Front module detection machine

This station is to detect FEM parts. It consists of three keyence cameras, PC monitor and barcode printer and scanner. It detects presence and correct assembly of small clips with a PC showing all checking points and results. Also it achieves factory data traceability.
