This system consists of rotary table,manipulators,force sensor, travel sensor and other devices to identify force and travel when press horn. A three-workstation rotary table save space and cycle time. Two set of manipulators moves fast to increase efficiency. Precise force and travel sensor ensures detection accuracy. SIEMENS PLC gives a friendly operation panel while area light barrier protects operator.
