The window regulator assembly line consists of four workstations which is compatible for front and rear row window reglator production.
DOPAG metering valve and regulator are used to control greasing quantity precisely. For key components locating, use 2-pin-2-bolt method to ensure assembly precision. Quick-connector is hired for connection between tooling and machine for quick changeover purpose. Machine also monitors screw tightening sequence, quantity and torque. Press force is also under monitoring.On EOLT, XLG system is taken to test motor working condtion. There is an angle between tooling installation bench and machine workbench which is convenient for operator loading and unloading products. SIEMENS PLC is taken for control system.
