Engine cooling module assemble line It is a ring shape produciton line for engine cooling module assembly. Operator put parts on a trolley which could rotate 360 degree, each part will have a poke yoke jig and with several cameras together to identify presence, properly assembly and position. Moreover, main component and operator are traceable by barcode. According process demand, both online and offline testing methods are applied for better layout of produciton workshop. |

Blower press machine It is to assemble various blades of blower. And it is able to identify if chosen product model is correct to present toolings. PLC and servo motor are hired to control electrical cylinder to assemble parts. Meanwhile, non-touch laser is hired to identify the clearance between blades and blower motor, and monitor press force. This machine has a friendly human-machine interface with both Chinese and English, user could get all needed information, such as operation sequence, error message and relavant solutions and detail parameters.  |
