Product features

Exhaust pipe assemble and test machine
It is used to assemble exhuats pipe and do air leakage test. This machine is applied for both finished and sub-assembled unit and it was design as per customer's actual product. With quick-change conectors on exhuast muffler fixture, fast changeover is realised. It consists of air leakage device, precised toolings and PLC.
Operation sequence: put product to test on station, press START to clamp product and begin test (block, air filling, balance, etc). It compare testing data with allowed standard, if testing result is passed, the indicator will be green and clamp unlock.
Characters of this machine: custmerized machine, fast changeover, universal usage.

Solonoid valve leakage test equipment

It includes imported air driver and air booster to achieve adjustment and control of pressure output.

All bearing parts are standard componets from worldwide famous brand, there is no welding joints which is convinient for maintainance. And also it is safe and reliable.
 Dry-type air leakage machine

Product to test is blocked and then fill with clean and dry air. After a series testing process, it will show leakage rate and also testing result.
